A Wonderful Quote: What is One to Say About June

Blue hydrangeas, on the porch at work

Blue hydrangeas, on my porch at work

What is one to say about June, the time of perfect young summer, the fulfillment of the promise of the earlier months, and with as yet no sign to remind one that its fresh young beauty will ever fade.

  1. For me, Darla, June is REALLY June when our hydrangeas bloom. We have two bushes, one white and one a pink-light purple combination. With all the rain and chilly temps. this season, so far neither bush has bloomed, so your post’s quote and wonderful picture are my borrowed proof that it is indeed June.
