    • Thank you, Patty. We were estranged and never completely reconciled before she died, due to her bad life choices. But God is doing His healing of me through my writing about her, and, of course, heaven will take care of the rest of that.

      • I am sorry – God is an amazing God that is for sure. He brought healing to me after my dad died too – it took me years to acknowledge he was an alcoholic. God not only helped me face it but to forgive him. And yes, heaven will take care of our pain and suffering. God bless you!
