Countdown: My Top Ten Childhood Christmas Memories

Back in 2009, the year I started Afternoon Tea as a private blog, I celebrated the Christmas season with my family by writing my fondest childhood Christmas memories.

When my blog went public in 2011, I shared the series with the WordPress community. This year I’d like to let my newest readers share in my love for this time of year as I repeat the posting of my Top Ten Childhood Christmas memories.

The stories resonate for me year after year because they focus on something that cannot be bought: Love that is gifted by God to a family. Poor as we were, we never lacked a true understanding of what Christmas is all about.

The countdown begins tomorrow. And I hope that my childhood memories spark a few Christmas memories of your own.
